Omar did something no other medical professional has done for me in the 8 years since my neck problems began. He went through my MRI and explained what was happening and what exactly was causing pain. He guided me through several layers of the images and it was very validating to know and see what the problems were. He's not rushing to surgery but has not ruled it out in the future to alleviate some of my pain. I felt heard and seen and appreciated his wonderful bedside manner. We have a game plan and i feel hopeful for the first time in quite a while.
